If you’re not an expert in the field of health, trying to navigate complex choices in this area can be disorienting. It can be unclear which are the priorities and where to start from in order to reach the desired objectives.

In my studies of Global Nutrition and Health at VIA University College (Denmark) I've focused on Nutrition, Movement and Sleep, gaining a comprehensive perspective on Health and Longevity. In my current studies of Health Science at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Germany and as a professional counselor, my role is precisely to research the most effective and up-to-date interventions for health promotion and disease prevention and help you in understanding and navigating you health situation.

In my experience, a core aspect of these professional conversations is having time and space to listen to your individual stories, preferences and needs. This represents the foundations onto which long lasting change can be built, particularly if we remember to celebrate daily progress rather than striving for perfection.
When I meet new clients I first learn as much as I can about their situation and then help them see it through the same lenses I wear in my profession, so that we can define together our objectives, strategies and tactics. I believe in the power of clarity to inform and support behavior change for the better: when something is clear, it becomes salient and therefore easier to act upon, to integrate and to maintain in the long term.
