Meet Michele,
Nutrition and Health Expert

Michele Occhipinti | Science-Based Health Consultant

My path to health counseling is built on a rigorous academic foundation

In my current studies of Health Science – Prevention and Health Promotion at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Germany, I participate in scientific research projects and learn to conduct it autonomously. I also focus on interpreting and communicating research findings in the field of Nutrition, Movement and Sleep, both at the personal level and at the population level, integrating these two perspectives to help individuals understand and navigate their health situation with clarity. â€‹

Before this master's course, I received a bachelor's degree in Global Nutrition and Health from VIA University College in Denmark. For four years I focused intensively on human nutrition, the ins and outs of production, and the impact of our food choices on our health and the environment. I also studied the key role of physical activity and sleep in supporting our long-term health and well-being, gaining a comprehensive perspective on promoting health and preventing disease.

I view our work together as a partnership. While I bring the scientific framework, you bring expertise into your own life. I believe that sustainable health is not found in rigid rules, but in understanding what truly supports you as an individual. My approach is centered on empathy and realism. In other words, we will focus on making consistent and manageable adjustments that fit your life and add up to meaningful change over time. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹My goal is to ensure you feel heard and supported as we translate scientific findings into a lifestyle that makes sense for you.

My Clients

Over the years, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from those looking to optimize their health to feel better right now and look ahead with confidence, to those managing lingering health issues or navigating more complex conditions.

For instance, I have partnered with individuals striving to reach a healthy weight without feeling deprived, and others concerned with bringing balance to important blood markers like cholesterol. I also work frequently with people who simply want to reclaim their vitality and feel confident in the choices they make. On the clinical side, I have provided nutritional support for clients managing kidney health, those looking to strengthen their bones or manage osteopenia and osteoporosis, and individuals seeking relief from the burden of chronic pain and inflammation.

Regardless of the starting point, the goal is always the same: to find a sustainable path that improves your quality of life. â€‹â€‹
